Anger management classes

yes...its me again. am sooo sorry have not been diligent about posting my thoughts, but things have been so hectic in my life i hardly have time to think, and i need to think, to write. people who know me would probably role their eyes and say 'tobiloba you think a lot' but i think brooding is quite different from thinking and yes i do brood a lot......anyway moving on.

today am brooding about anger management classes. why don't we have them in Nigeria,i wonder? anyway right now i think i need classes. anything and everything right now can set me off,i mean REALLY SET ME OFF. i have heard of taking deep breaths and counting one to ten,but most times they don't work for me and the other party is trying their best to make sure i boil over...should i mention names? my mum, brother, okada riders, bus conductors,my boss, people who spit on the streets....i could go on. anyway i heard some myth that Nigerians are supposed to be the happiest people alive...puhleeze! I can tell u for a fact that LAGOS where i live which is located in Nigeria has the ANGRIEST people alive. i think we need an outlet to pour out this anger seriously be cos that's why we are always snapping at each other, maybe shooting ranges and boxing rings might help...just joking, we don't need that with our problems.and yes we do have problems.

close down of third mainland bridge

As a bonafied mainlander i can only sympathise with those who work and live on the island.its going to be a terrible in convenience for people, but we must also look at the greater good. This in convenience is only a way to prevent a major catastrophe. Picture this ur on your way from work and your on the third mainland bridge and it starts to shudder and shake,ur lif ebegins to flash before your eyes,to top it all u cnt swim. i say we grit our teeths and take this nw or one day lose loved ones .Eveyone must have someone dear to them that crosses that bridge everyday.its just for a while.
